THE CHALLENGE
A national law firm needed help facilitate the day to day work of the ongoing document review relative to a multi-plaintiff environmental tort case involving a condominium development. To help handle this workload, regional counsel, needed to assemble a team of paralegals to work on site by partnering with a temporary staffing company.
It would have been cost prohibitive for the lead counsel to send its own legal team for an on-site document review since the firm is based in Baltimore, Maryland.
The firm is a general civil practice law firm with over eighty attorneys based in Florida. The firm represents insurance carriers, their insured, and self-insured within the continental United States and internationally.
THE SOLUTION
