Payroll-related Questions

Contact the Kelly Employee Service Center at 1-866-KELLY-4U (535-5948) or via kelly4u@kellyservices.com for inquiries regarding:

  • Missing paychecks or incorrect pay amounts
  • Updating addresses
  • Direct deposit
  • Status of a Chase Pay Card
  • Bonus Program
  • Time submittal requirements
  • Reissuing a lost or stolen paycheck

  • Tax deductions, W4, and other tax-related issues

The Kelly Employee Service Center is staffed from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. ET, Monday through Friday.

Paycheck History

If you have an inquiry regarding your paycheck detail, contact the Automated Paycheck Hotline at 1-800-762-8011. The Automated Paycheck Hotline will provide details for any checks issued in the last two weeks, including number of hours, net pay amount, and method of payment (e.g. the date when direct deposit was transmitted).

Kelly Automated Scheduling System (KASS)

For technical assistance with KASS or KASS WebTime, or if you forget your PIN, please call our dedicated support Hotline at 1-866-KELLY-38.

For assistance with scheduling needs outside of the automated system, please contact your local Kelly branch.
