However, it is not Kelly's practice to do so as candidates are recognised as our employees when they are placed by Kelly on a job assignment.

Excellent rates of pay...superb benefits
At Kelly, 100% of our candidates are given CPF, workmen compensation and insurance. Contract employees with aminimum 6 months contract assignment can also be assured of minimum statutory benefits as stipulated by Ministry of Manpower's (MOM) Employment Act.

If you are a temporary employee, you will be paid an hourly rate based on the skills required for your current assignment. Your pay is paid directly into your bank account. (As one of the world's largest recruitment organisations, you won't have to worry about getting paid!)
