You will work closely with the Consultants in executing IT search assignments for our customers. Working on multiple positions, your responsibilities include market & company mapping, candidate sourcing, headhunting, job posting, candidate screening & interviews, reference checking, and preparing candidate assessments.

Prior experience of 2-3 years in a similar capacity with an executive search or staffing firm with a proven track record of closing IT positions is preferred. You must be familiar and conversant with the major IT trends in the areas of hardware, software & IT consulting and have a strong network of industry contacts. Extremely resourceful by nature, you should have excellent organizing, communication and people skills and be able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
