Kelly Services is committed to quality in processes, measurement and continuous improvement.
As a reflection of our commitment to quality, Kelly operates using Kelly’s Quality Management System (KQMS). KQMS includes the criteria of Malcom Baldrige and ISO 9000 standards, and provides unique control of business processes. We analyze each customer’s priorities and then set performance goals using KQMS which allows for precise testing to ensure we are achieving set goals with reportable performance measurements.
KQMS also enables us to integrate world-class quality standards into every aspect of our customers’ operations. It’s just one of the many reasons we’ve established a solid reputation for delivering outstanding total service to our customers – from initial recruiting for the job to completion of the project. Kelly has earned ISO 9000 certification in most of the countries it serves.
Some of the many quality awards Kelly Services has received from customers include:
- The Ford Motor Company has awarded Kelly Services Inc. its prestigious "Q1 Preferred Quality Award". In the words of a Ford Quality auditor, "Kelly Services has definitely developed a world-class quality system."
- We became the first staffing services company to be named a Xerox Certified Supplier-their highest level of supplier recognition-following an exhaustive review of our quality systems and performance. In the same year Xerox awarded Kelly Services its A-1 Supplier Quality Rating.
- Kraft Foods, Inc. named Kelly Services as the only service company to receive the first annual "Kraft Foods Rick Stuedemann Award for Supplier Excellence" in 1995. This award honors the Company for "superior performance...continuous improvement efforts, innovation, use of technology, cost efficiency and effectiveness."
